SCHEDULING (செயல் திட்டமிடல்)

Proper scheduling plays an important role in  successful completion of a project with in the stipulated  time and cost estimate. The advent of Planning Evaluation and Review Technique popularly know as PERT had helped in allocation of Resources, Manpower as well as management of supply chain by prioritising the urgency of activities falling in the Critical path of the project. Actions which could be delayed can be postponed, however actions to be completed immediately, must be carried out without any delay.
