Following ‘Kurals’ given below, highlight most important steps to ensure success of the task undertaken and  enumerates importance of selection of appropriate task, correct qualified person capable of completing the task and deciding most opportune time to launch the task.

Selection of the correct task, appropriate skilled person capable of carryin out the task and appropriate time should all be considered before launching it.

A top executive who is in charge of many organizations and products can not be a master of  everything. Hence, he must have the humility to take the advice of the experts and act. He should not allow his ego to come in the way of recognizing the capability and knowledge in others, who are better equipped than him. This demands lot of self confidence without giving room for insecurity feeling. It would not belittle him. On the contrary, enhance his prestige and make him more respectful and powerful. Hence, they brought in tech veteran Eric Schmidt as CEO, to provide the “adult supervision” needed to make Google the corporate powerhouse it is today. The sage brings out the message in following two couplets.

அறிவு ஆற்றல் ஆகியவற்றில் தம்மைவிட சிறந்த பெரியவர்களோடு

சேர்ந்து அவர்  வழி நடப்பது சிறந்த வலிமையைக் கொடுக்கும்.

It will be greatest of strengths for the  chief  who can take the  advice of individuals who are  more brilliant and capable than  himself
